I will post at my site, atsdeck.com, every once in a while to respond to the thread at AboveTopSecret.com I created for Renato / timedrifter entitled, "If you could ask a time traveler a question what would you ask?".


Most visitors to this site should know that that thread was created so that people could ask Renato questions (which I would forward to him, because the thread was my idea to start), that he would answer from his early 1990's alien abduction and time travel experiences.



That thread was very popular, but because I had, apparently, infracted the Terms and Conditions of the site by posting for a banned member (timedrifter, who was later banned for foul language), I was completely banned forever from the site. I couldn't even post as an Anonymous user, as all of my IP addresses were blocked from the site.



Oh, well. I don't hold any hard feelings for anyone over at ATS, least of all our most vehement detractors. The thought never even entered my mind.



So, as the folks who were following that thread know, I will post responses at atsdeck.com that I hope my friends over there will read.



I wanted to respond to the most recent posts in that thread, which had been dormant for a month or so (surprised people can still find it), but first wanted to reflect on the thread itself, again. I will respond at my website in the "My Responses to the Time Travel Thread at ATS" page at my site.



At the time I was banned, May 18, 2008, the time travel "question" thread was at number three in the "Skunk Works" (and maybe the site?) Section for number of Replies, and number four for the number of Views. The thread had been running for, at the time, sixteen months straight, and still receives new members / visitors(!).



I'm not sharing this as a pat on the back, as I understand the subject matter is what drew - and continues to draw people.



Just recently, however, I was surprised to learn that the time travel "question" thread, basically a thread about an abduction and time travel experience, currently ranks in the Top Ten threads at ATS for 2007.










It should also be noted that even now, mere weeks from the two year mark for that thread, that the AboveTopSecret.com Administrators still do not consider Renato's / timedrifter's story a hoax.



I looked up the demographics, etc., for 2007, the period this thread was at its peak, and learned that ATS was seeing millions of visitors every month, and had over 100,000 Registered Members.



So, considering all of the above, what are my thoughts on the thread's popularity? Simply that it shows how open people's minds are becoming about this subject matter. It also shows that people are hopeful, because that is the message (i.e., positive) that was communicated through Renato, as was drawn from his experiences.



It's interesting to note that some of the more far out things that Renato shared, like technology that could capture souls, etc., that this sort of information is actually surfacing now within the black ops / whistleblower community.


As a matter of fact, so far, with some exceptions, much of what Renato / timedrifter shared has been experienced by other individuals. This lent, and still lends much credibility to his story.



I still believe Renato to be telling the truth, and it's good to know that others, including ATS, feel the same. I know how dark the days were when he first began experiencing flashbacks. The answers still aren't immediately forthcoming, but we're still waiting. In the fullness of time, as they say...



In any event, I take no credit for the thread's popularity. I believe readers were as intrigued by Renato's story as I was. It's a fascinating story.



It's a very odd feeling to hear something as outrageous, but also as real, and with such beautiful possibilities, as what Renato had (and still has) to share. It is about a future that we can see coming to meet us more every day. That reality is really coming into focus, and we can feel it happening.



Renato is just a guy who had some experiences, but through him, and others like him, we are offered possibilities that we never even considered. Renato is one who turned me on to a more current concept of prison / the matrix; and of freedom, with all of its attendant wonders.



I had studied philosophy (Eastern and Western), and related material for years, and understood us to be trapped in a situation from which most of us wished to escape.



I understood the concept of wanting to free oneself from the torment of life on this planet, but hadn't quite encountered the notion of a purposeful, or deliberate imprisonment and exploitation by other consciousnesses / beings before.



My understanding of this, sort of, imprisonment, has grown, however, and I understand that there is an overall positive picture to this whole thing.



Anyway, I am glad to have met Renato, and all of the kind-hearted folks at ATS; as well as those I have met elsewhere, who share the same vision.



This is a BIG HELLO to the folks I met, to the readers here, and to everyone else!! Oneness really is a concept that I understand; so it's a hello to you, and also to myself, within you.



Renato and I are still around. We keep in touch frequently, and both follow the ATS thread, and elsewhere. A lot of people are up to speed, and we're all just waiting for personal experiences to increase.



As promised, Renato will post his "updates" when the events he saw years ago come to pass.



It seems that 2008 was an extremely difficult and trying year for all involved, but all signs point to 2009 as being a new dawn.



Don't write off 2008 yet though, as every day is another step closer to the horizon. Don't ever write off this second of awareness for some daydream about the future.



This moment is the only reality. The past and future are figments of the mind; and for most right now, fear has taken hold of those fictions. This very moment is the only real thing; it is where you overcome that fear and learn who you really are. So give it a try.



Anyway, I just wanted to share that note of encouragement to Renato. He feels the frustration over the chasm between the present and the future he sees happening more than anyone. So, hang in there!

I said it once before and I will say it again, the hacker(s) better hope there is no such thing as time travel. The last attack was on the database back-end of the site and there was several instances of virus files and code on the front end. so now it is hosted here and I plan on mirroring the site to several blogs and making more of an effort to get the word out and stick it in the blockers face, anyone out there think we may be on to something?,
